Job Summary

Under the guidance of the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will act as the primary leader for all activities in Thailand, responsible for driving business performance, operational excellence, and local team management. This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Singapore HQ to ensure consistent standards, brand integrity, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

·       Oversee the overall business performance and daily operations of Evolve MMA Thailand

·       Lead and inspire local teams across operations, sales, and customer service to deliver outstanding member experiences

·       Ensure the gym runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently at all times

·       Assist General manager to execute local business strategies aligned with Evolve HQ’s vision and goals

·       Maintain high operational standards — cleanliness, safety, class quality, and service excellence

·       Serve as the key link between the Thailand team and HQ in Singapore

·       Recruit, train, and mentor team members to embody Evolve’s values and service culture

·       Implement HQ-led SOPs, marketing campaigns, and operational systems effectively

·       Handle escalated member feedback and ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally

·       Represent Evolve MMA Thailand to local partners, vendors, and authorities

Requirements

·       Thai national with fluent Thai and good English communication skills (spoken and written)

·       Minimum 2 - 4 years of leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail operations

·       Proven experience managing teams and/or multi-department operations

·       Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, people-first management style

·       Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

·       Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and attention to detail

·       Passion for martial arts, sports, or fitness is a major plus
