Neighborhood Restaurant Group is Looking For an Experienced Assistant General Manager!

Rustico is a lively neighborhood place delivering honest, robust cooking against the backdrop of an extensive, ambitious craft beer program. The centerpieces of the kitchen are the hearth oven and the grill, with pizzas, burgers, straightforward entrees, and a large section of fresh, simply prepared vegetables balancing an extensive bar menu. Exuberant, warm and unpretentious, Rustico was designed with good times in mind. With a cache in excess of 400 beers, a bustling bar scene and a passionate kitchen committed to its craft, Rustico is a restaurant to visit with family and friends time and time again.

Competitive candidates will have management experience at establishments with high standards and thoughtful food and beverage programs, and a strong interest in craft beer. They will have experience in managing costs, hiring and training employees, providing excellent service, and thinking on their feet. But we want more than just experience! We are seeking a highly motivated hospitality pro who generates enthusiasm among team members and exudes an infectious sense of hospitality. Our ideal candidate is curious, driven, and excited to be back in the business of making people happy after what was a very challenging period for our industry.
