Lola’s on the Water is looking for an experienced, energetic Assistant Restaurant General Manager who knows how to run a busy restaurant floor, lead a strong team, and make sure every guest leaves wanting to come back.

We’re looking for someone who is visible, hands-on and comfortable being right in the middle of the action. This is not a sit-in-the-office management position. You’ll be working alongside the team, supporting the General Manager, solving problems in real time, and helping set the tone for exceptional service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and oversee the floor during service
• Support, coach and hold servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers and support staff accountable
• Make sure every shift is properly staffed, organized and ready for service
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, appearance and service
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Assist with scheduling, training, onboarding and team development
• Monitor labor and help control operating costs
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service moving
• Jump in wherever needed during busy shifts
• Support the General Manager with overall restaurant operations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay composed when the restaurant gets busy
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor and service standards
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
• A leader who doesn’t just tell people what to do, but gets in there and leads
