A real one of a kind opportunity to work with some incredibly respected founders within the industry who are taking their huge East London success all the way down the the West Country to open a brand new site on the countries' fastest driving race course in the UK, no less! They are well known for being true leaders and trailblazers in the world of live fire cooking, and the Chef Owner is a true master of his craft. This is not just grill cooking, they draw influences and skills from all over the world to create menus that are uniquely them. They will be opening both a restaurant and diner with different offerings, with the restaurant being very refined and featuring an open kitchen with custom built fire made grills and the diner will be an enticing mix between an American diner and classic British roadside cafes. The race course owner has huge plans ahead for the site as a whole and safe to say there will be no shortage of footfall to the restaurant as well as some very fun and big events going on!

We are looking for an experienced and strong AGM with a back ground in high level big and busy restaurants in London and delivering an excellent standard of service. You will be a strong leader who is brilliant at coaching, developing and leading the team. You will look after the daily running of the restaurant, running services, and have experience with GP, stock, rotas, training, HACCP and look to work closely with the strong GM .
