What You'll Do:

• Support, coach, and motivate the salon team while developing your own leadership skills.
• Help the team reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through memberships and retail sales.
• Create a welcoming customer experience and confidently educate customers about our products and services.
• Help train team members, provide feedback, and encourage the team to reach its goals.
• Learn and support daily operations including opening and closing, cash handling, cleanliness, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor goals and key performance metrics and help the team stay focused on results.
• Take on increasing responsibility through our Management Development Program and work toward future leadership opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of leadership experience such as keyholder, shift lead, or similar
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality
• Someone who is confident, positive, and comfortable leading and working with people
• Goal-oriented with an interest in sales and customer relationships
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Organized, dependable, and ready to take on responsibility
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
