Assistant General Manager

Roto-Rooter, a premier provider of plumbing and drain cleaning services, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant General Manager to help lead our Rockford, IL team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service management with a strong emphasis on sales. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Oversee and manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

• Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.

• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor service technicians to enhance their performance and career growth.

• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.

• Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and company policies.

• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
