Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive "Assistant General Manager" to join our vibrant membership sales team. In this pivotal role, you will support the "General Manager" to ensure a seamless experience for potential members, as well as creating a motivating environment for sales staff. Your leadership will include being able to drive membership sales on a daily basis by developing an aggressive marketing plan with your sales staff. This includes interior club marketing as well as building community relationships with all local businesses. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop managerial skills, lead a diverse team, and contribute to the club's success through strategic planning and hands-on management.

Duties

• Assist the "General Manager" in overseeing daily club operations, including creating an aggressive sales marketing plan to hit daily membership goals and quotas!
• Help recruit, hire, train and develop a great sales team. By doing this you will be able to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and motivation.
• Motivate and inspire your sales team! This comes by "leading by example" and being the front runner in memberships sales and leadership!
• Operate and run a clean and friendly club at all times!

Skills

• You must love the fitness industry, as well as have a great work ethic and an upbeat attitude!
• Excellent communicator as well as a person who believes in great health!

Pay: $49,200.00 - $59,300.00 per year
