Assistant General Manager

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and develop staff by recruiting, scheduling, and training team members
• Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, and praise staff members
• Coach and counsel staff members while coordinating policies, procedures, and efficiency standards
• Maintain exceptional service by setting examples and modeling high quality and customer experience
• Resolve any customer experience issues
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasks as delegated

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cash Management
• Create a Staff Schedule
• Manage the group and birthday party process
• Responsible for opening and closing the park
• Lead and manage all areas of the park including front desk staff, cafe staff, deck staff and party staff
• Maintain cleanliness levels of the park
• Manage the food, beverage, and supply inventory
• Provide or perform other tasks as needed

Salary is commensurate with experience.

This is a full time (40+/hour week) position.

Your schedule may vary depending on business needs. Weekend availability required.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

· Minimum of 2 years of management experience

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· General computer skills are required with the ability to manage the point-of-sale system, assist with social media efforts, and generate software reports

· Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy

· General understanding of human resources

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
