Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager, based in Chesterfield, Missouri. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead staff to achieve sales goals, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting team members, managing inventory, executing sales strategies, maintaining store visual standards, and addressing customer concerns. This role also involves contributing to profitability by fostering team performance and managing operational expenses effectively.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including supervising and motivating diverse teams
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills to deliver outstanding experiences
• Sales and performance management expertise, including analyzing sales trends and implementing strategies
• Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in the retail or jewelry industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
