Assistant General Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in overseeing daily operations across branches or business units.
• Ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and excellent customer experience.
• Supervise and support restaurant/store managers and teams.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Coordinate with different departments to achieve operational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related course.
• With relevant experience in restaurant, food service, or retail operations (preferably in a managerial or supervisory role).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
