The Role: As the Assistant General Manager, you'll be a key player in our sales force. Your ability to inspire and guide your team will directly impact your commission potential and contribute to the overall success of our fitness community.

What You'll Do: Develop and execute strategic membership sales plans. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass targets. Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate positive member relationships. Collaborate with General Manager (GM) to implement effective external marketing strategies. Conduct sales training sessions, focusing on strategies to drive individual and team commissions.

Requirements: Proven sales experience, especially in a commission-driven environment. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus! Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Motivational leadership style with a focus on achieving and surpassing personal and team goals. Passion for health and fitness. Desire to grow management skillset and experience. Ability to work nights and weekends. Other tasks and duties as may be assigned day to day.

Pay Range: [Tier 2 AGM]: [greater of $9.50 per hour or $1.50 over the current minimum wage for your club location], plus net commissions, which realistically range from $750 to $2,000 per month. [Tier 1 AGM]: [Current minimum wage for Pennsylvania], plus net commissions, which realistically range from $500 to $1,500 per month. Monthly bonus opportunities based off club performance and quotas acheived.
