Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations and staff performance
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet company goals and service standards
• Monitor and manage operational budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Handle escalated customer or client concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and performance management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar business management software
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
