Assistant General Manager - Construction

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager – Construction to oversee civil construction activities across multiple residential projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality, safety, and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage civil construction and project execution across multiple projects.

· Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and resources.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

· Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, work orders, and variation claims.

· Monitor project costs, RA bills, materials, manpower, and productivity.

· Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and technical issues.

· Conduct project review meetings and report progress to management.

· Ensure timely project handover, snag closure, and DLP completion.

· Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams.

Requirements:

· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

· 20+ years of relevant construction/project management experience.

· Strong experience in residential projects and managing multiple teams.

· Good knowledge of RCC, finishing, MEP coordination, planning, contracts, and project controls.

· Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
