Key Responsibilities:

• Drive FTL, PTL, transportation and logistics business across the assigned region.
• Develop new clients and grow business with existing customers.
• Manage end-to-end logistics and transport operations.
• Handle key accounts, transporters, vendors and operational teams.
• Drive revenue growth, business targets and profitability.
• Manage regional/branch operations, fleet movement and service delivery.
• Monitor SLA, TAT, productivity, costs and operational KPIs.
• Lead teams and identify opportunities for business expansion and cost optimisation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Logistics / Transportation / 3PL / Freight.
• Strong experience in FTL & PTL business and operations.
• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Experience in regional/branch operations and team management.
• Strong understanding of transportation, freight and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
