• Strategic Leadership of IE Function
• Develop and execute the IE strategy aligned with company business objectives.
• Establish productivity improvement roadmaps for all woven production units.
• Lead factory-wide efficiency enhancement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Benchmark manufacturing performance against industry best practices.
• Develop productivity and operational excellence targets.
• Production Efficiency & Productivity Improvement
• Drive line efficiency improvement through scientific work measurement techniques.
• Ensure accurate SMV/SAM development and maintenance.
• Optimize manpower utilization across production floors.
• Implement line balancing methodologies to maximize output.
• Reduce non-value-added activities and production bottlenecks.
• Monitor hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly productivity KPIs.
• Lead efficiency improvement projects through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Cost Optimization & Operational Excellence
• Identify and execute labor cost optimization opportunities.
• Improve machine utilization and production capacity.
• Minimize overtime dependency through capacity planning.
• Reduce operational waste and manufacturing losses.
• Support cost estimation and profitability analysis during order evaluation.
• Develop productivity-linked cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement culture.
• Advanced IE Systems & Modern Manufacturing Concepts

Lead implementation of modern IE and operational excellence methodologies including:

• Lean Manufacturing
• Kaizen
• Six Sigma Principles
• Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
• Time & Motion Study
• Work Study
• GSD (General Sewing Data)
• Digital IE Systems
• Smart Factory Initiatives
• Data Analytics for Production Management
• Real-Time Production Monitoring Systems
• AI-driven Productivity Analysis (where applicable)
• Capacity Planning & Resource Optimization
• Develop accurate factory capacity models.
• Ensure optimum loading plans based on capacity availability.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Merchandising, and Supply Chain Teams.
• Improve factory throughput and resource utilization.
• Develop seasonal and annual capacity forecasts.
• Team Development & Capability Building
• Build a highly skilled and future-ready IE organization.
• Coach and mentor IE Managers, Senior Executives, and Executives.
• Develop structured training programs for IE and production teams.
• Strengthen technical knowledge in work measurement and productivity engineering.

Requirements

• Experience: 8-12 years
• Education: bachelor of fashion technology
• Skills: industrialengineering, manufacturing engineering, production engineering, manufacturing operations management, it operations, production management, oee, operational excellence
