Assistant General Manager – Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end retail operations across multiple stores/regions.
• Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Lead and develop Cluster Managers, Store Managers, and frontline teams.
• Monitor customer experience, visual merchandising, inventory, and compliance standards.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and expansion.
• Implement operational excellence programs to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15+ years of experience in Retail Operations
• Strong exposure to multi-store/cluster/regional operations
• Experience in Beauty, Jewellery, Cosmetics, Perfumes, Home Dcor, Fashion, or Lifestyle Retail
• Proven track record in team leadership, business growth, and operational excellence
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
