Assistant General Manager-Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Group’s Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve business, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Drive sales and marketing activities across property development projects.
• Develop project positioning, pricing, branding, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Oversee project launches, digital marketing, advertising, PR, events, and promotional activities.
• Build strong relationships with agencies, financial institutions, media, and key business partners.
• Monitor market trends, sales performance, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and resources effectively.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Property, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the property development or real estate industry.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, with proven experience managing sales and marketing teams.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
