THE OPPORTUNITY
ASSISTANT GLAZIER/HELPER, in Calgary, AB
We are looking for an Assistant Glazier/helper. We offer competitive wages and the opportunity to be a part of a fast paced, growing and successful company. We are willing to train.

YOUR ROLE
The Assistant Glazier/Helper consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations by providing the highest quality of service and standards of workmanship in assisting the lead glazier in the installation of mirrors, custom showers and other custom glass structures and providing other company services and products.

• Preparation of materials and performance of the necessary initial steps to assist in the installation of all glass projects.
• A fast learner with strong communication skills, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency and processes while aware of the need for a safe working environment.
• A desire to further learn about the trade.
• Cleans work area upon completion of the project

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pride in workmanship, keen attention to detail and enjoys seeing the results of their work
• Able to work effectively alone or as a team player
• Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and the physical strength required to work with heavy glass materials
• Valid driver’s license and good driver’s abstract. Bondable/ able to pass a criminal background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
