  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day tee sheet reconciliation.
  • Address member and guest service concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership support in the absence of the Golf Shop Supervisor, including training, scheduling, and coaching Golf Shop Assistants as directed by management.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain scheduling flexibility to ensure consistent service coverage in the golf shop.

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • This position requires flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings, based on business and event needs.
  • The role involves standing and walking for extended periods and performing light physical activities such as bending, reaching, and lifting merchandise or equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Work is primarily performed in a golf shop environment, with occasional outdoor duties related to course or tournament support.
  • A neat, professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards are required at all times.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.
