Assistant Golf Professional

We are seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued during their stay. Additional compensation available for coaching group lessons and clinics

**Duties:**

• Welcome every member and guest and provide outstanding hospitality and create a welcoming environment for members and guests

• Help guests understand the Golfinity experience including bay use, reservation system and app, food & beverages, memberships, lessons, events, and other services

• Teaching and Coaching opportunities available

• Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive service

• Maintain a positive, upbeat, and professional attitude at all times

• Build relationships with regular members and help create a welcoming club atmosphere

• Assist guests with questions about the technology, membership, lessons, and events

• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of simulator bays, lounge areas, and lobby

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf or resort setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• A genuine passion for guest relations and delivering exceptional service

Pay: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour
