Assistant Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets and marketing materials for digital and offline channels, including social media, EDMs, websites, presentations, brochures, catalogues and promotional materials.
• Assist in developing creative concepts, layouts and artwork in line with corporate branding guidelines.
• Support the production of campaign materials for product launches, exhibitions, events and marketing initiatives.
• Perform photo editing, image retouching and basic visual enhancement for marketing purposes.
• Prepare artwork files for production, printing and digital publishing.
• Maintain and organise brand assets, image libraries and design files.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
• Keep up to date with design trends and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand presence.
• Support ad hoc design and marketing-related projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant graphic design experience. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva or other design/video editing tools will be an advantage.
• Strong sense of creativity, layout, typography and visual aesthetics.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
