Job Summary

Gafford Property and Homes Ltd. is seeking a creative, hardworking, and detail-oriented Assistant Graphic Designer with at least three years of experience in graphic design and visual content creation.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in using various graphic design software, digital design tools, and AI-powered creative tools to develop attractive, professional, and engaging visual content that promotes the company's brand, properties, and marketing campaigns.

The candidate must be creative, willing to learn, able to work collaboratively with the marketing team, and committed to delivering quality designs within agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional flyers, banners, brochures, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Assist in creating visual content for the company's property listings, estate projects, and real estate marketing campaigns.
• Use AI-powered tools and modern design software to improve creativity, productivity, and design quality.
• Develop engaging graphics for social media platforms, websites, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Support the digital marketing team in creating brand awareness and promoting the company's affordable property investment opportunities.
• Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity, colours, fonts, and visual presentation.
• Edit images, improve visual layouts, and prepare designs for digital and print publication.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, digital marketers, videographers, and other team members.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on current graphic design trends, AI tools, and creative techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of three years of practical graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and digital creative tools.
• Ability to work with AI-powered design tools and incorporate them effectively into creative projects.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual communication.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow creative briefs and instructions.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is required.
