Assistant Grounds Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Assistant Grounds Manager to support the infrastructure operations of our land-lease community. The ideal candidate will possess some understanding of property management practices, have ability to walk the community grounds and to read in-ground water meters, possess proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and have excellent communication abilities. This role involves supporting utility billing processes, monitoring infrastructure systems for safety to ensure efficient management of community assets.

Duties

• Read residents' in-ground water meters on a monthly basis and compile data for invoicing using Microsoft Excel or such other company-designated software.
• Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and recordkeeping for contracts, legal documents, and resident files.
• Monitor community water and sewage system to help identify and resolve any issues that may arise.

Experience

• 2+ years property or utilities experience (mobile home management is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 per week
