What they need
The Assistant Group Home Manager works under the supervision of the Program Director to provide supportive and compassionate care to residents while ensuring smooth daily operation of the program. This role combines administrative duties with direct resident support and staff supervision.
Non Probationary Driver's License
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Supervisory experience (1 year)
Staff scheduling
Therap experience a plus
Knowledge of DDD regulations
