Assistant Group Supervisor

GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To implement the daily activities for an assigned group of students under the direction of the Program Manager, Group Supervisor, or Site Coordinator.

ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in the implementation of daily activities under the guidance of the Group Supervisor.

• Coordinate daily activities and supervise Aides in the absence of the Group Supervisor.

• Assist the program participants in the total completion of required homework assignments.

• Participate in the training and development activities of the agency as well as attend appropriate staff meetings.

• Maintain safety requirements of the attending students in regards to their personal and/or medical needs.

• May be responsible for other duties as assigned by the Program Manager (Site Director) or Site Coordinator

• Oversee the educational and recreational activities of the assigned group of students.

• Participate in Job and Facility related training as appropriate.

• Adherence to Organization policies and procedures.

• Demonstrate a commitment to Quality Improvement.

• Adherence to Corporate Compliance Policies & Procedures.
