Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Gym Instructor to support the day-to-day fitness operations at our gym in Wuse 2, Abuja. The ideal candidate will assist in guiding clients through workouts, maintaining a safe training environment, and providing excellent support to the lead instructor and gym members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading personal and group workout sessions

• Support clients with proper exercise techniques and equipment use

• Help monitor client progress and fitness performance

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the gym

• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times

• Encourage and motivate clients during training sessions

• Assist the lead gym instructor with daily fitness activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in a gym or fitness environment is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of fitness routines, equipment, and safety practices

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Energetic, disciplined, and professional attitude

• Ability to work well with a team and support clients effectively

• Fitness certification is an added advantage
