The Little Gym of Roanoke is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Assistant Instructor to join our Serious Fun Crew!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist instructors with age-appropriate gymnastics and developmental activities
• Help children participate safely and confidently
• Encourage, motivate, and celebrate each child's accomplishments
• Engage with children through movement, games, music, and plenty of Serious Fun!
• Help prepare and organize the gym before and after classes
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym environment
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Support your fellow coaches and work as part of a team

No Gymnastics Experience? That’s Okay!

You don’t have to be a gymnastics expert to join our team! We provide training and coaching to help you learn our programs and become a confident Assistant Instructor.

Experience working with children, childcare, teaching, gymnastics, dance, sports, or coaching is a plus—but a great attitude, willingness to learn, and love for kids are what matter most!

Our schedule includes different shifts throughout the week, so flexibility and reliability are important.
