Home Organizer (Assistant Organizer)

You are a self-driven, solution-oriented, dynamic individual ready to help a luxury home organizing and moving concierge service grow. This role executes on-site organizing and unpacking projects in high-end client homes under the direct direction of the Lead Organizer. Success means every space is completed to Palm Beach Organized's exact standard - consistently, efficiently, and discreetly - every single time.

• Execute sorting, unpacking, folding, labeling, and system creation on-site as directed by the Lead Organizer — no deviation from the plan without Lead approval
• Implement closet systems: fold clothes, change hangers, and arrange items per the Lead Organizer's direction
• Measure spaces and take accurate dimensions for bins, drawers, and product placement
• Assemble small organizing furniture (storage cubes, shelves, drawer units) as needed
• Capture clear, well-lit before, during, and after photos of every space worked on and submit to Lead Organizer upon job completion
• Handle trash, recycling, shredding, and donation sorting on-site; transport offsite if requested
• Pick up and transport organizing supplies to and from client homes as scheduled
• Create and apply labels using label makers or Cricut per system design
• Refer all client questions immediately and politely to the Lead Organizer — no client advising, no suggestions to clients under any circumstance
• Maintain professional appearance, complete discretion, and treat every client home with the highest level of respect

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work with hands efficiently
• Extreme attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way every time
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow precise directions without improvising
• Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for luxury client homes
• Respect for client confidentiality and discretion at all times

PREFERRED

• Prior experience in home organizing, housekeeping, moving, or related service role
• Familiarity with label makers or Cricut
• Experience working in high-end residential environments

SCHEDULE

Part-time, variable hours based on project demand. On-site at client homes in Palm Beach FL and surrounding areas. Must be available for travel to client locations. Physical role requires standing, lifting, and manual dexterity throughout shifts.
