Duties

• Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
• Supervise hospitality teams to ensure adherence to service standards and guest satisfaction goals
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting
• Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize bookings and guest data accuracy
• Support human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, safety protocols, and legal regulations
• Handle guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer service excellence
• Coordinate night audit procedures and oversee front desk operations during evening shifts
• Implement effective communication strategies across departments using managerial communication skills and multi-line phone systems

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel or resort environments
• Strong background in hotel management, including overseeing daily operations and managing hospitality teams
• Experience with revenue management, budgeting, financial operations, and hotel property management systems (PMS)
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and service standards
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations
• Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication
• Demonstrated leadership in managing human resources functions such as staffing, training, and team development
