Assistant House Manager

About the role

Oversee daily operations across the household, lead and support the housekeeping team, manage contractors and suppliers, plan and deliver entertaining and events, handle household administration, purchasing and accounts, and work closely with the principals to anticipate their needs.

About you

• Proven experience in private service, estate management, yachting or luxury hospitality
• You communicate clearly and early, and you plan ahead
• Organised and comfortable working with systems and processes
• Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new tools
• You enjoy entertaining and bring polish to events, big or small
• Ready to step up into a management role
• Flexible with hours when needed, such as an occasional evening event or weekend day and travel between properties
• Absolute discretion
• Current driver's licence
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check, or willing to obtain both
