Assistant Housekeeper

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper & designates, the incumbent will be responsible to:-

• Conduct morning role call and briefing to housekeeping team
• Handle the day-to-day Housekeeping operation duties
• Plan and control staff manning, deployment and work schedules
• Assist in housekeeping related projects
• Ensure the quality of the cleanliness and maintenance of the Hotel property
• Conduct training for new recruits and the existing team
• Ensure cost containment and effectiveness in terms of Housekeeping expenses
• Be in-charge of inventory checks
• Manage the performance of a team of Supervisors, Room and Public Area attendants
• Support in daily administration duties

Requirements:-

• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity.
• Energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be on a fast paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements.
