Responsibilities

• *****This is NOT a Office Position MUST BE WILLING to Check rooms, operate computer software (Fosse), and Clean Rooms when necessary. *****
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead cleaning efforts across guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, and industrial cleaning zones using industry-standard techniques.
• Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to foster a motivated and well-organized team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and hotel policies during all cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, janitorial equipment, and laundry materials to optimize resources.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members in housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality or commercial cleaning industry.
• Strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, janitorial work, laundry services, and custodial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial cleaning and hotel operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to motivate staff and collaborate with other departments.
• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable.
