We’re searching for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager who can turn clean into captivating and lead a team that takes pride in every pristine pillow and dust-free corner.

This role isn’t just about making beds (though we love a good hospital corner). It’s about leading a housekeeping team that helps our guests feel rested, renewed, and ready—every single stay.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and inspiring a team of room attendants, housepersons, and laundry stars
• Owning the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Managing schedules, supplies, inspections, and standards like a pro
• Creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and yes—joy
• Collaborating with other departments to keep things smooth behind the scenes
• Responding to guest requests with speed, empathy, and a smile
• Keeping the department on budget without ever skimping on quality

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 2+ years in a housekeeping leadership role (hotel experience strongly preferred)
• Knows how to lead with kindness and coach with confidence
• Loves a checklist and lives for “spotless”
• Is organized, calm under pressure, and adaptable
• Can lift spirits (and sometimes linens!)
• Is ready to work weekends, holidays, and hustle when needed
• Is bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) and can communicate effectively with a diverse team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
