Job Description – Assistant HR & Admin (immediate joiner)

Department: HR & Administration
Reporting To: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, late marks, and Comp-Off records.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, joining, and exit formalities.
• Assist in payroll processing and monthly attendance verification.
• Coordinate employee induction, training, and HR policy implementation.
• Support statutory compliance documentation and HRMS updates.
• Manage housekeeping, stationery, uniforms, ID cards, and office maintenance.
• Coordinate vendors, administrative expenses, and dealership facilities.
• Ensure discipline and smooth coordination across Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Accounts departments.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.
• 4 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an automobile dealership.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS.

Key Skills

Communication, coordination, time management, record keeping, and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
