Assistant HR and Industrial Relations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, induction, onboarding, training, payroll processing, and vendor coordination for the auto components manufacturing unit.
• Ensure effective leadership skills to manage a team of administrators and coordinate with vendors to meet production requirements.
• Handle manpower handling activities such as employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and grievance redressal.
• Oversee overall HR operations including manpower management, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in an HR role in the auto components industry or similar sector.
• Strong administration skills with expertise in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
• Proficiency in Kannada language is required.
