Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist with attendance, leave and employee-related activities.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with employees and other departments for HR requirements.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in Automobile, Solar or Manufacturing industries are preferred.
Salary: As per market standards
Duty Hours: 8 Hours / Shift
