Assistant HR

We are looking for Assistant HR with the following qualifications and experiences:

Position: Assistant HR
Location: Mumbai Vacancy: 1 No.
Key Responsibilities:

People from Manufacturing ,Engineering and Fabrication company will add advantage.
1.Supervise staff performance.
2.Assist the HR department in the hiring process.
3. Assist in employee compensation.
4. Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
5. Oversee employee joining and exit process.
6. Ensure the application of labour laws.
7. Extensive experience in administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies.
8. Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
9.Thorough understanding of the company HR policies and processes.
10. Excellent communication skills with Active listening skills & command of the English language.
11. Resolve disputes and other possible issues within the company.
12. Fulfil and adhere to the legal requirements to ensure compliance.
13. Hands-on experience at MS Office and relevant HRMS programs
14. Ability to work as a part of a team.
15. Negotiation abilities in dealing with new recruits and payroll.
16. Calculation of salary, lost hours, overtime etc.
17. Creative to keep small events all through the year to motivate employees
18. Ability to organize and conduct events, meetings etc
19.Calculate salary blue collar and white collar ,ESIC calculation, PF calculation Mediclaim.
20. Knowledge over spine software shall be added advantage.
