Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in the day-to-day HR operations of a Multi-Speciality Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.

• Assist with payroll inputs and monthly attendance reports.

• Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities.

• Coordinate with various hospital departments regarding HR-related matters.

• Ensure proper maintenance of HR documents and confidentiality of employee information.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Degree / BBA / B.Com / MBA HR preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in HR or administration preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Job Location: Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu Salary: As per experience and company norms.
