Assistant HR Executive

Job Scopes:

• Assist in the day-to-day HR management functions.
• Provide all kinds of clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
• Managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Support recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and managing new hire paperwork and orientation.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring strict compliance with local labour laws.
• Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as employee data entry and data filing.
• Handle confidential employee and company information
• Maintain accurate employee databases (hard and softcopies). Ensure all information are up to date.

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

• Diploma in Human Resource (or related fields)
• Minimally 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Good knowledge of Employment Acts and HR practices
• Positive work attitude, willingness to learn and able to resolve problems independently
• Able to multi-task and work independently or as a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Good communication skill
• Able to start work at short notice would be an advantage
