Assistant HR Manager

Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, from identifying hiring needs to the candidate's joining date.
Forecasting & Sourcing: Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast and identify vacancies, and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Job Posting & Screening: Prepare and post job openings on various platforms, screen incoming applications, and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria.
Interview Coordination: Arrange and participate in interviews for the selection of candidates.
Reference & Background Checks: Initiate and follow up on reference checks and academic verifications for final candidates.
Offer Management: Assist in preparing and dispatching offers of appointment, calculating salaries and related benefits.
Employer Branding: Assist in managing external communication and employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Talent Pipeline: Maintain a CV bank and develop talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
