Assistant HR Manager

Are you passionate about people and compliance? We’re looking for an Assistant HR Manager to strengthen our HR team and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do
Oversee the hiring process and ensure shortlisted applicants pass qualifications, exams, and interviews.

Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all requirements are completed before employees join the roster.

Administer contracts and evaluations, including probationary extensions when necessary.

Conduct regular site visits to address employee concerns and mediate workplace issues.

Enforce company standards and HR policies with consistency and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

8 to 10 years HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a ASST. HR MANAGER role.

Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel regularly to different company locations.
