HR & Admin Specialist – Malaysia Factory

KINGFA is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Specialist to join our new manufacturing factory project in Penang, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle government liaison, permits, licenses, and compliance matters.
• Support new factory set-up and establish HR/Admin processes and systems.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and daily HR operations.
• Handle visa/work permits, attendance, and payroll matters.
• Coordinate with management, government authorities, and external agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3+ years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Factory start-up experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Malaysia labor laws, immigration, and government procedures.
• Good Chinese communication skills are highly preferred, especially candidates experienced in working with Chinese-speaking management.
• Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to relocate to Penang.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
