Assistant HR Manager (Mandarin Speaking) - Data Centre

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR strategies, workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational development initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent management activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, performance improvement plans (PIP), and conflict resolution.
• Drive employee engagement, internal communications, recognition, and well-being initiatives.
• Coordinate the annual performance management cycle, including probation, confirmation, and performance reviews.
• Support HR transformation projects, including HRIS implementation, digitalization, process improvement, and policy enhancement.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, ISO requirements, and PDPA regulations.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior HR or supervisory role.
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development.
• Hands-on experience managing disciplinary cases, domestic inquiries (DI), counselling, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
• Experience in HR projects, digital transformation, or HRIS implementation will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
