Working closely with the Senior HR Manager and General Manager, you will oversee all HR functions—across both HRM and HRD—as well as employee engagement projects.
This position requires a tactful, hands-on HR leader skilled in stakeholder management, maintaining strong employee relations, and aligning HR operations with automotive production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a direct HR team across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Training, and HR Administration.
- Partner directly with the Senior HR Manager and General Manager to execute manpower strategies, HR policies, annual training plans, and plant-wide operational initiatives.
- Lead corporate engagement initiatives, employee activities, safety culture programs, and employer branding projects.
- Oversee the design and execution of the Annual HRD & Training Plan to meet plant competency requirements and technical compliance standards.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality within HRIS and database systems for all plant personnel.
- Oversee and support full-cycle recruitment for plant, engineering, and administrative functions.
- Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning while monitoring recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and turnover rates.
- Act as a key mediator and advisor in managing workforce relations, workplace conflict resolution, and complex organizational dynamics.
- Ensure strict adherence to Thai Labor Laws, plant work regulations, disciplinary standards, and welfare management.
- Support performance management cycles, KPI tracking, and compensation and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive, auto-parts, OEM, or vehicle assembly background strongly preferred).
- Proven track record in supervising HR teams and collaborating directly with senior plant executives.
- Strong grounding in employee engagement, annual training planning, Thai Labor Law, and plant HR operations.
- High emotional intelligence, strong diplomatic and influencing skills to navigate organizational dynamics, and a hands-on problem-solving mindset.
