As a Assistant HR Manager (Total Rewards) you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support Total Rewards and HR projects covering performance management, compensation & benefits, career development, and HR digitalisation.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, timeliness, and statutory compliance.
• Manage annual salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, market adjustments, and compensation benchmarking.
• Review and maintain salary structures, benefits policies, allowances, and HR procedures.
• Manage employee benefits, welfare, recognition, and well-being programmes.
• Support HR systems implementation, automation, and process improvements.
• Partner HRBPs and business stakeholders to resolve HR issues and improve processes.
• Coach and support HR team members and handle other HR projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience and strong exposure to Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, payroll administration and/or performance management.
