Job Description – HR, Industrial Relations & Administration

Position: Executive / Officer – HR, Industrial Relations & Administration
Location: Palghar, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR, Industrial Relations and administrative activities.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, discipline and grievance handling.
• Handle worker/contract labour-related matters and maintain harmonious employee relations.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and statutory registers.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee exits and payroll inputs.
• Manage administration, security, housekeeping, canteen and other facility-related activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, employees and management for workforce-related requirements.
• Prepare regular HR and administration reports for management.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA/PGDM in HR or Personnel Management preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of Industrial Relations, Labour Laws and HR processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
