Player Development: Evaluate individual player skills & provide feedback for growth.
Team Management: Monitor player behavior, enforce rules & ensure physical safety.
Administration: Handle scheduling, equipment inventory, travel logistics & academic tracking.
Knowledge: Understanding of basketball rules, strategies & techniques.
Leadership: Ability to motivate, inspire & communicate clearly with players.
