Assistant Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design, review, and restructure incentive schemes across all business verticals and designation levels.

2. Develop incentive policies aligned with business goals, sales strategy, and organizational objectives.

3. Benchmark retail industry incentive practices and recommend improvements.

4. Ensure accurate monthly incentive calculation, validation, and payout coordination with Payroll and Finance.

5. Monitor incentive effectiveness and analyze its impact on sales performance, productivity, and employee motivation.

6. Define and manage KPI-based incentive frameworks for different functions and roles.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in an HR role within the travel & tourism industry.
• Strong understanding of bonus structures, incentive programs, and KPI metrics for measuring success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with HR compliance specialist activities such as auditing processes for adherence to regulatory requirements.
