• Build a strong local talent pipeline and ensure timely hiring.
• Manage onboarding and maintain recruitment MIS.

Requirements

• 36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Preferably from the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of local hiring in Haridwar and nearby areas.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to close positions within defined timelines.
