• Strong knowledge of payroll and attendance processes
• Well-versed with the job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
• Experience in contractor and workforce management
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Familiarity with HRMS / attendance systems
